AI Services & Accuracy

While we strive for the highest standards of accuracy and reliability, AI-generated outputs — including but not limited to product classifications, customs calculations, workflow recommendations, and any other automated results — are provided on an informational basis and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.

BullsNext makes no warranty that any AI output will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You remain solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it for business decisions, regulatory compliance, or any other purpose. We strongly recommend you seek qualified professional advice for matters with significant legal or financial consequences.

Our stated accuracy rates — such as HS code classification accuracy — are based on internal testing and historical performance data. These figures represent typical performance and are not a guarantee of results in your specific use case.

Payment & Subscriptions

Certain Services are available on a subscription or fee basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly presented to you before you commit to any purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise BullsNext to charge your nominated payment method on the agreed schedule.

All fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Where a price change affects an active subscription, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with, link to, or depend on third-party platforms, tools, or services — such as WooCommerce, Shopify, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure providers. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and BullsNext is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to our Services at any time. You may cease using our Services at any time and, where applicable, cancel your subscription in accordance with the relevant cancellation process. BullsNext reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful or inappropriate, or if continuing to provide Services to you would expose BullsNext to legal or reputational risk.
